B-2 Appendix B - Troubleshooting and Technical Support
Office, you see a
message that
HVAC01.DAT cannot
be found.
Reattach Data form may become visible upon receiving the error.
Make sure that the file and the folders point to the correct file and path.
You can check this by clicking Help|About in the menu bar. The data
location is listed in this form. (Note: If you are on a workstation, the
data location should NOT be C:\…\HVAC01.DAT).
Error 3075
This means that some other recently loaded program has overwritten a
shared file that is also used by HVAC Office. It may be an earlier
version or later version of this shared file. Call Quantrac at 972-271-
6898 or visit out website at www.quantrac.com. Our technical support
personnel will explain how to fix and avoid this problem.
We have personnel on staff from 8AM til 5 PM on every weekday to help you if you have any difficulty.
Please utilize our technical support staff. Their mission is to make sure that you are able to utilize
Quantrac2005 to its fullest extent and capabilities.
