Please follow the steps below to do a clean uninstall & re-install Quantrac 2011.

1. Go to Control Panel|Add Remove Programs|Uninstall Quantrac 2011
2. Next from |Add Remove Programs|Uninstall MicrosoftAccess 2003 Run time
3. Delete the Quantum folder from the C drive.
4. Next re-install Quantrac 2011. Make sure to right click on it and choose install as Admin. ( If you do not have the software or disk you will need to purchase the download link of the software here: http://www.quantrac.com/store.html#!/~/product/category=2790936&id=12446622
5. After you have finished installing go to our website to download the latest revision of our software here:http://www.quantrac.com/support/download/app/R11/R11revision.html
6. Final step, make sure UAC is turned off for all Windows Vista, 7 & 8 PC's. If you don't know how to do this you follow these instructions here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/turn-user-account-control-on-off#1TC=windows-7
