Active Sales Leads
This is the list of all active Sales Leads. Notice the five tabs. Active Sales Leads will be filtered and sorted into
their respective tabs based on the status of each. Or, you may view all Sales Leads (no tabs) by checking the Show
All Active Sales Leads
From the Active Sales Leads
form, you can access Sales
Leads Archives, Add a new
Sales Lead, show all Active
Leads (no tabs), and use the
Find form to locate a
particular record based on
customer name, address, etc.
Unassigned Sales Leads: Those Sales Leads that have been received by your office, but have not been assigned to
a particular salesperson for follow-up.
Assigned Sales Leads:
Those Sales Leads that have been assigned to an employee, but no jobsite visit has been
completed.
Previewed Sales Leads:
Those Sales Leads that have been visited and previewed by your sales staff. No proposal
has been submitted to the customer.
Proposed Sales Leads:
Those Sales Leads for which a proposal has been submitted to the customer. Records
should remain in this tab until a resulting Installation is created or archived as
Unsuccessful.
Hold Sales Leads:
This is a tab in which any Sales Lead may be placed for any reason. For instance, If the
customer has not yet accepted your companys proposal (but you think they will), place
the Sales Lead into the Hold tab.
Clicking the Archives button at the bottom of this form will display the Archived Sales Leads form.
Note: Sales Leads will automatically be filed into their respective tabs in this form based on your entry in the
Status field in the Sales Leads form illustrations on following pages. To move a Sales Lead from one tab to another,
double-click anywhere on the selected line to display the selected record for editing.
