Flat Rate Pricing and Invoicing
To enter a Profit Strategies or Callahan Roach repair into an invoice, an Invoice form must be currently displayed.
a)
On the Invoice form, click the F/R button. A smaller version of the Flat-Rate Pricing form shown above
will be displayed.

To locate a repair in the list, refer to the comments next to the form above.

To enter a repair into your invoice, move your mouse pointer to the desired column (Primary Repair, Additional
Repair, After Hours Primary, After Hours Additional, Service Agreement Primary, Service Agreement
Additional) and double-click. The repair will appear on your invoice. The Invoice Description will include an
abbreviation of the pricing column you have selected (e.g., (P) for Primary Repair).
d)
To add non Flat-Rated items to your invoice, proceed to the Inserting Invoice Items in Chapter 3.
Generating Flat Rate Pricing Reports
The following leads you through the creation of the four reports currently available in Quantrac 2005. For
additional information on the Reports function, see the Reports section in Part 2 of this Users Guide.
Generating a List of Parts Sold
This report gives you a detailed breakdown of all Flat-rated repairs. It summarizes all of the individual
components that comprise each repair so that you can see how many of each part, and how many hours of labor,
you should have used.
1.
Click the Reports button on the toolbar.
2.
In the first column on the Reports form, click on Flat Rate Pricing (CR or QSP).
3.
In the second column, click on Flat Rate Pricing Parts Sold.
4.
Click the Enter Date Range button.
5.
Enter the desired range of dates on the Select Criteria for Report form. (You are selecting parts sold during this
range, based on invoice date.)

Generating a Sales Summary Report
This report lists each Flat-Rated repair that you made in a given time period and details the revenue from these
repairs.

In the first column on the Reports form, click on Flat Rate Pricing (CR or QSP).

In the second column, click on Flat Rate Pricing Sales Summary.
3.
Click the Enter Date Range button.
4.
Enter the desired range of dates on the Select Criteria for Report form. (You are selecting repairs made during
this range, based on invoice date.)

Generating a Revenue Analysis Report
1.
Click the Reports button on the toolbar.
2.
In the first column on the Reports form, click on Flat Rate Pricing (CR or QSP).
3.
In the second column, click on Flat Rate Pricing Revenue Analysis.
4.
Click the Enter Date Range button.
