Sales Lead and Sales Quote Integration
The Sales Leads and Quote feature of Quantrac2005 is totally integrated with all of the software system as follows:
1.
Line Items for pricing Sales Quotes are derived from your list of Invoice Items just as they are for Service
Call invoicing.
2.
Proposals Quick Text is available from your global Quick Text setup.
3.
When a Proposal is accepted by your client, the Customer and Jobsite are created if they are not already in
the system database. The Sales effort is recorded in the Jobsite and Customer’s lifetime history with your
company. If the Customer and/or Jobsite is in your database, the Sales effort is contained in the ongoing
chronological history.
4.
When a Proposal is accepted, the line items for that proposal are copied into the Installation record for job
costing and pick list generation.
5.
Invoicing can utilize the Installation Job Costing to ensure that the final invoice is precisely as proposed.
6.
System reporting includes the Sales Proposal, Installation, Installation activity, Service Activity, etc. for
the Customer and Jobsite.
