Setup Suppliers
This part of the system setup includes pre-entering these supplier’s names, addresses, phone numbers, etc…for
future display and operation.  
In normal system operation, you will have occasions to enter a supplier of equipment or parts into a form…for
instance when creating a purchase order for equipment (see sections regarding Serialized and/or Parts Inventory).  
Supplier information is also available for display when viewing parts from the “Nuts and Bolts” toolbar button. 
In addition, Quantrac 2005 includes detailed reporting for re-ordering parts and equipment, including your
company’s normal source for those items.  
Select Setup|Suppliers from the menu bar to display this form:
In this form, enter all
of your suppliers,
their addresses,
phone numbers, fax
numbers, etc.  
You may edit any
existing item by
clicking within the
desired data field.
You may delete
entries by clicking in
the appropriate
selector box, and
depressing Delete on
your keyboard.
