Our 14Day money back guarantee is for new customers only. HVAC Office Software Upgrades, Workstations,and Add-on Modules are not refundable for existing customers. All software materials must be returned in its original state for a full refund (shipping charges does not apply) Items to be returned include: HVAC Office User's Guide, HVAC Office CD-ROM, and Customized Database, and instructions sheets. You must submit in writing on company letter head you refund request.

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after request has been made.
